Rear window switch not working. My window switch on both rear doors are not working properly. Disconnect both wires from either side of the defroster grid and touch one end of your tester to each wire. Really dont want to be doing that all the time. If I plug the right hand rear switch into the left hand rear wiring it operates the left hand rear window correctly.

I can operate the same window using the appropriate switch on the master control panel on the drivers door.
